Button Mug Cosy

These look great............just one thought i have is..........when you drink from mug you will have to take the cosy off ...........a few less stitches you wouldnt need to.............if you make it just to come to the top of the handle ..........then make a loop or small tag with a button to hold it together between top and bottom of handle...............hope you can understand this..........goes to find wool and needles to make one , i will never get this other mobile finished lol..........pic later i hope.

Sitting here at 6am knitting just had a thought ( gosh my mind does work this early )...........for a quick pressie ..........buy a mug, make a cup cosy , put tea/coffee bags inside wrap and then pressie finished.
