new curtains but.........

My Creation:

I bought some new curtains for my lounge and then found they had tag tops instead of tape! ( I had been so excited to find the colour I wanted I hadn't looked) Anyway as much as I would like to replace the rails I can't afford them at the moment so what to do?
I pinched the tag in the middle, made it into a sort of bow, caught it with a few stitches, added a button, I have used 3 colours here alternately with contracting threads to match the colours in the curtains, and have sewn it to the front taking the thread to the back I have sewn on a ring for the curtain hooks.
I didn't want to cut the tags off in case I wanted to use them in the future, this way a few quick snips and they will be restored.
no time!
