Wednesday Tea

My Creation

Continuing with my cooking theme, I had to 'share' this fab Bacon & Onion Eggy Bread recipe out of the Asda mag. Basically you fry some bacon & onions till just cooked, cut two bread rolls into slices & layer it up with cheese & cherry toms added. Pour egg & milk mixture over and allow to soak in for ten mins. Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 mins (200d) until firm to touch.

Looks wonderful .... Wonder if my wheat free bread would be ok to use? May have a go at this in a few days .... Bet mine won't look as good as this though :-(
