It is made!!
I saw someone elses shoecard and got very interested in making one myself, and to my surprise it was possible.
I have just learned from Andie that clicking on the photo give you the whole picture.
Hope that is correct :-)

She who had done that shoe kindly submitted the adress where you can buy the pattern. http://www.cutandcraft.co.uk/page/index/ They sell it online so you can get a copy as a pdf file in seconds after paying! Very good for the impatience people - like me:-)
