My third and fourth time in treatment for anorexia nervosa, I was at the inpatient and residential facilities named Remuda Ranch and Remuda Life. While there, we did a lot of art therapy, as well as recreational art. One night, we received plain wood photoframes, and this is what I came up with! :) (There were three "communities" of girls at Remuda Ranch- Appaloosa, Paint, and Palamino. I was in Appaloosa, and the photo is of all the girls there in that community at the time. I'm in the very front, sitting cross-legged.)

What a lovely photoframe. I do hope this therapy is helping too.
These are all very precious and personal projects you've posted. Well done for using your artistic side to express yourself. I hope expressing yourself in this way helped you through difficult times.
