While inpatient at Remuda Ranch facility for anorexia/bulimia nervosa, I thought it would be really helpful to have a pretty placemat for when I had to get through meals.
The front and back are shown here- the back has cutouts from magasines that I thought were neat. The front was hand-drawn by me, with a powerful quote from Emilie Barnes. :)
