My Creation:

Here is a Contemporary iris folded card that I have made. This technique has been around for a fair few years now, but it is a technique I adore. It's so relaxing and satisfying and with some funky papers and colours they can be very modern looking and suitable for any occasion.

These cards are amazing! I have only recently started making iris cards and have just got some aperture cards with butterfly apertures, am going to brave making them this weekend, hope they end up looking as good as yours!

Ermmm purple shimmery ones Rachel LOL. Oh I don't know, you know me two sheets to the wind half of the time. The top left one is a holographic type of purple card. Top right is a lilacy paper, quite thick and very forgiving and is present wrapping paper. The other two are just two shades of silver textured paper. The top right one doesn't show up very well on my meagre piccies, blush. But it is utterly gorgeous. In this tip of a craft room I have it somewhere. I also have it in shimmery pink, shimmery white and shimmery apricot. Remind me to dig it out and I'll send you some :)
