My Creation:
Please excuse the photos, the picture quality isn’t too good. It’s a lot shinier and the contrasting green background shows up more in the flesh,so to speak It’s gone all dark here and the photos were taken on my camcorder. Not complaining about that fact as usual though as I was due to get a new camera for my birthday but I am going to go and see the gorgeous Noel and Oasis next week instead, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh have I already mentioned that, think I may
The gorgeous die cut on the front of the card is from the new issue of Lets Make Cards (issue 26, Beatrix Potter edition) I started playing with them earlier and didn’t want to stop but unfortunately had to, will resume later on :)
I decided to go for glittery gold and brown to compliment Mr Bunny and give the card a bit of a lift. Everything else on the card, the ribbon, greeting, hearts and background paper (I decided on this one as the swirls matched perfectly with Mr Bunnys jumper and the green I felt added a lovely contrast) were from a previous issues of Lets Make Cards. I love the kits with LMC they are so interchangable between issues and compliment each other beautifully. I stroke and paw at the kits every month in LMC but up until recently I haven’t had the energy or spare time to do anything with them. Going to start attacking the previous issues once I have finished with one, which won’t be long as it’s utterly gorgeous oh and attack the Beatrix Potter die cuts that came with CB too :)
Thanks for looking :)
Edited to say; If anybody has seen those hearts or similar on their travels could you please let me know as I am desperate to get my hands on some more Hopefully they will feature in a future issue of LMC too, hint, hint :)
