Bottle cap jewellry

My Creation

Bottle cap jewellry has been around for many years. This was one of the things that was my list of things to try one day. Last Saturday I gained courage and went to two local cafés and asked if they could save some bottle caps for me. I was hoping to get only a few, but I got like 100 or something! Me very happy! :-) This is what I have come up with so far. They are very simple to make. You need bottle caps, a hammer to flaten them out, any printed images or anything else to glue to the bottle caps and glossy accents by Inkssentials (this is a glue that dries to a hard, clear, glossy finish).

Wow, how fabulous - love the vintage Christmas ones. I've been saving up hubbies bottle tops and got my angles to paint them in the hope of making some 'wind chimes' in the summer holidays - didn't quite get everything done so, perhaps one weekend. Might give this a go with my little ones - promise not to let them loose with a hammer though heheh!!! Jx

Wow, these are fantastic Cristina, they all look beautiful. I will have to have a go at making some of these (need to get my hubby to buy more bottled beer rather than cans), thanks for sharing.
