Knitted and crocheted cushion and matching lavender bag

My Creation:

I have just finished knitting this cream cushion cover 11" x 11" in a four ply cotton and linen yarn and with the remainder of the yarn i have made a lavender bag in the same lacey pattern which is my own design. The flowers i have crocheted. It was a little tedious at times as i hadn't knitted with this thin ply yarn for a while. At the moment the lavender bag has tissue inside but i have some dried sprigs of lavender to fill this with.

Ann they are fantastic well done .............little bags and hearts filled with lavender are all "in" at the moment to hang on wardrobe or cupboard doors.

Oh Ann....both the cushion and bag are beautiful,more power to you for knitting it in 4 ply. I'm often told I have the patience of a saint but.....that would have drove me mad.haha.well done! xx
