Branching out.... my first attempt at something new!! Sorry it's got a Christmas theme!!!.. in June!

Well I've finished it my new project I mentioned in my blog the other day. I had some left over red wool from ages ago so I knitted a panel, and then today I received my first lot of FIMO clay. I have never used it before and I am really happy with how it turned out I made the little plaques this evening and then stitched it all together. My sewing is not the best and I think it needs some work, but I like the idea, it can be either a door or wall hanging. The photo's aren't the best because I've just taken them and it's a bit dark, so I might add some more taken in the daylight tomorrow. I think I am going to have a go at making one for a little boys room, one for a little girls room and a general one tomorrow, off to do some drawings. I was thinking that I could make something similar with names on maybe, not sure I am going to work on this. I love FIMO though it has worked out really well and is quite easy to use. Please let me know what you think... I'd love to know. xxxx
