My Creation:
I made this top the other day using an adapted version of the simple summer dress pattern I made the other week. I shortened it, faced it to below the bust and stitched a channel for elastic to draw it in under the bust then added a ribbon for a faux drawstring. Took me an afternoon to make and was really cheap to make.
