Butterfly brooch

My Creation:

This was my attempt at a butterfly brooch.Its made with blue seed beads for the wings, black wood beads for the centre, and black seed beads for antennae. I'm not very happy with it but maybe I'll get better with practice.

I don't know exactly Leigh. I wanted it to look cute but I think that makes it look a bit amateurish (although thats what I am) and I wasn't too sure about body part.Dunno if its colours I used. Thanks for your comments though it's made me feel a bit better about it.
