Ladies Wallet

My Creation

Ladies Wallet with two zipped compartments and places to hold 6 cards and Notes.
My first attempt at making something like this and I am actually very pleased with the results! This was really enjoyable to make :)

Measures 20 x 10 cm (closed) & 20 x 28 cm (open).
I used reclaimed Zips for this make as it was my first attempt and I decided to make it late so no shops were open to get matching zips.

It is the plan for next year to do more sewing and try to use as much of my fabric stash as possible this is the sort of thing I intend to include along with bags ect . Wish your other pictures had been larger to show the detail they look so pretty

Looks great, did you follow a pattern?

Hi TLW No I did not follow a pattern but I did purchase the pdf intructions from, the Interweave online shop. I altered the size of the zip opening on the outside of the wallet to accomodate a smaller zip.

Hi Bettytee, This is my plan also. I would like to put my new found skills to perhaps helping me to save for my much overdue wedding and some makes like this could be quick to put together and hopefully fairly easy on the pocket with the use of Scraps (although im not sure if my wardrobe can take many more of my visits !) I have updated the pictures so you should be able to see them in more detail.
