This was a peice a jewler privately commissioned me to make for his wife for Christmas after he had seen my "God's Garden" stained glass window. He at first didn't believe the shop owner that my peices were only painted...he argued with her...it wasn't till he got to touch my work that he realized that my work was in deed only paint...he was so impressed that he asked the store owner to have me contact him as he wanted me to make one for his wife. The rest is history. This peice; "The Christmas Angel" took over a week to make, and has approximately 60+ hours in it. It was the largest window o date I have made. It was approximaely 2 1/2 ' x 4'. It was also the first angel I had ever done. Each peice has the paint colors custom blended by hand with a darning needle. I try to make the peices as realisitic as possible.
