My Creation:

Well, this is my designer inspired handbag (24-hour sack by Salvatore Ferragamo).
It has a fabric lining, 2 interior pockets, and a magnetic snap closure. The bird design idea came from creative artist Alice (Futuregirl.com).

Sues, I'm in Canada and there is a huge art & craft retail chain called "Michael's Craft". I usually buy those at Michaels. But you can always make your a magnetic closure: take a magnetic disc and sew a small pocket to contain it and then stitch the pocket in place.
