About me: A knitting nutter, loves yarn, loves sock knitting, toy knitting, baby clothes, afghans, socks, lace, shawls, oh and did I say socks???? Hence tangledweb! Well you try winding all those skeins of lovely yarn into workable balls!! My alter ego is "Sylvia's Closet" named after my beloved late Mom, this is the name I sell my work under, whenever I'm lucky enough to make a sale. I usually do commissions, OOAK (one of a kind ) or specialist knitwear for REBORNS. For my personal kniting I love socks, shawls and at the opposite end of the scale big chunky cable cardi's and 3/4 jackets. I love my knitting, it calms me and keeps me grounded, the joy is in the giving, I love to see peoples reactions when they peel back the wrappings of a newly knitted gift.
