trying to adapt to winter, after having spent the whole summer by the sea.....ah...

About me: I'm from Bulgaria, but love got me here in Greece, where my dear husband lives. For the last few years I've been busy as a full time mom for our twins Emmanuel and Veronika, 5 years old, and one year old daughter Kallista. Although there's always too much to do around the house, I try to find some time for hand crafting, mostly knitting - the only thing that can relax me after a difficult day. I also read a lot and try to learn something new - even a tiny little thing - every day. My last discovery was i-cord - amazingly simple, amazingly cute.... Revising my profile after few months, I come to realize that participating in this wonderful community with all you fine people has benefited me in more ways than one - I got to meet many interesting people as far as India, China or Australia (and for an European this is extremely intriguing), I admired the amazing work of others and drew inspiration from it (some of my current projects owe their existence to this), and last but not least, out of pure impatience to show my own attempts in crafts, I now more than ever complete whatever I start, and for less time that I would normally do, that's for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Busymitts has even helped me bond better with my kids, because I not only make many things for them (and they enjoy it), but I also I find different ways of engaging them in varius crafting activities with me. I'm afraid I'm becoming quite addicted.....
